Kim brings a wealth of experience to this role. She started at Areas as an hourly admin, became a member of the existing Guest Service Team, and then joined Operations to support the opening of all the stores at MSP. She even ran a few of the stores and built critical relationships with our partners there. Recently, she served as interim GM before making this transition.
In her own words, “I am very excited to go back to my roots of teaching and helping support our associates and leaders!”
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family, watching documentaries, cooking, and baking.
One of the favorite features of her day is having the opportunity to make people feel special, valued, and appreciated.
