Areas is thrilled to share the all-new Brilliant at the Basics Guest Experience program! This initiative is designed to elevate our customer service to unprecedented heights and create unforgettable moments for each and every Guest who walks through our doors, and, our internal Guests – EACH OTHER!

At the heart of this program are four service standards that will guide us in delivering exceptional service:
