With this milestone, our U.S. division has tripled in size, operating nearly 400 locations across 27 airports and 12 travel plazas, supported by a team of over 6,000 dedicated employees nationwide.
Driven by a personalized and locally focused growth strategy, Areas USA is expanding its footprint by building strong partnerships with leading local, regional, and national brands, while continuing to elevate and diversify its portfolio of proprietary concepts.
This acquisition positions Areas USA as the largest business unit within Areas, a global travel hospitality leader headquartered in Barcelona, operating in 11 countries and generating more than $3.1 billion in revenue worldwide.
