“Areas is set to offer a collection of brands that will cater to the LAX traveler’s needs,” said Sergio Rodriguez, CEO of Areas in the US. “It is exciting to be a part of improving the guest experience, and this taste of California will help do just that.”
Dining Terrace, which opened December 5, brings California based brands Ashland Hill, earthbar, and Panda Express. It also features Deli & Co, a proprietary brand for Areas. The more than 3,500 sqft space will be open from 4:00 AM through last flight.
Ashland Hill: Ashland Hill’s focus on rustic, yet modern dishes brings Santa Monica cuisine to the table for our guests to enjoy. Their menu draws from Midwest and West Coast influences blending the new and traditional into a spectacular experience. They have an extensive selection of local brews and an impressive wine list as well as a full bar for cocktails.
Earthbar: earthbar offers the ultimate in healthy fare such as fresh, nourishing fruit smoothies, salads, and wraps.
Panda Express: Wok-fired dishes are at the heart of the Panda Express menu. They deliver traditional Chinese fare with a variety of entrees and side choices suited for the varied tastes of the LAX passenger.
Deli & Co: Deli & Co is Areas’ own destination for tasty, specialty treats. Quality ingredients are the basis for this grab & go concept that serves a variety of goodies including sandwiches, wraps, and desserts.
In addition to the food court, Areas will operate The Parlor which opened in late November. This 840 sq ft space will be open from 6:00 AM through last flight.
The Parlor: The Parlor is LA’s iconic gastro pub which is redefining the sports bar, and now it’s at LAX. It features savory American comfort food and trail-blazing cocktails. The Parlor embodies their motto: Sip, Savor, Socialize.
These concepts are the newest complement to an established presence in T3. Areas currently operates three F&B brands there – Angel City Brewery, Peet’s Coffee, and Blue Window.
